The Deepening Practice Network
(formerly The Practitioner Support Programme)
A small team of experienced practitioners has worked together since the conference, and we have supported the growth and progress of an innovative programme that includes training events and (more recently) an on-line discussion forum, so that all Reiki practitioners (ie. those initiated into Reiki) may benefit.
We have seen our programme grow in a very exciting way, from one that focussed more on beginning a public practice, to one that helps us all to deepen our practice of Reiki; this benefits both those who only wish to practice Reiki for the benefit of themselves, their family and friends, as well as those who would like support as they begin their public practice. Our seminars reflect this, and this year – for example – we have held a very well-received four-day seminar focussing on the benefits of receiving a Reiki treatment daily for four days (a wonderful and enriching seminar), to a one-day seminar focussing on ‘Setting up your Practice’.
The Deepening Practice Network now has many supporters, and these are some of the comments we have received after one of our recent seminars:
"Space to BE & ME & SAFE. I have focused more on what /who I am with my Reiki practice. I thought I knew?! But this 4 days shifted my concepts. Thank you everyone."
"The discussion sessions were very useful. Gained a lot of confidence giving Reiki treatments to people who were experienced Reiki healers themselves.
"Wonderful. You all work so well together and I have felt the need for these cosy local events for a while. I can see the whole of the country being drawn together by the Reiki threads that more of these would create.
"There was a lot of joy - time for everything: Reiki, food, singing, sharing."
We offer events in different parts of the UK to enable those who find the cost and time away from family difficult to manage, and we try very hard to keep the cost within affordable bounds. If anyone is keen to look for venues and to network locally, we would really welcome your involvement, so please do contact us via TRA, or by emailing us
